Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled no less than 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment time or you will be charged half price for the scheduled service. No-call, no-show, and cancellations due to policy violations will incur a fee equal of the full price of the scheduled service. All clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment. No drop-offs please. Unless requesting take-down service, client's hair must be completely DETANGLED and free of excess debris. Per State Board requirements, clients are required to be shampooed during their scheduled appointment. For braiding services (including weaves), hair should be at least 4 inches long. Additional guests will not be permitted during the scheduled appointment. Filming by the client will be permitted with verbal consent given that the client agrees that he/she will protect the integrity of the brand, products, processes, and personnel.
