About the event
Beyond Black Pop-Up Shop: Community • Culture • Connection
The Beyond Black Pop-Up Shop is back — and we’re excited to partner once again with APlus Athletics to create a vibrant, family-friendly experience that brings our community together in a meaningful way.
This event is intentionally designed to celebrate and uplift local Black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs, while providing a welcoming space for families, youth, and community members to connect, shop, and enjoy an atmosphere rooted in togetherness.

Secure your 10’x10’ reserved vendor space at the Beyond Black Pop-Up Shop at a special early bird rate. Tables and chairs are not included; tents are strongly recommended. Only ONE (1) vendor is permitted per space. The sale of alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, weapons, or explosives is strictly prohibited.

Early Bird Food Vendor Registration – Single Vendor Secure your 10’x10’ reserved food vendor space at the Beyond Black Pop-Up Shop with special early bird pricing. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and all necessary food equipment. Only ONE (1) food vendor per space. All vendors must comply with local health regulations. Alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, weapons, and explosives are strictly prohibited.

Alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, and explosives are strictly prohibited.

Volunteer Registration (Community Service Eligible) Join the Beyond Black Pop-Up Shop team and help us create an unforgettable community experience! Volunteers will assist with event setup and breakdown, vendor support, guest check-in, youth activities, and general event operations. Youth volunteers are welcome and may earn verified community service hours. A parent or guardian consent form may be required for minors. Be part of the movement. Serve the community. Community Supporter / Donor Ticket Can’t vend but still want to support? This ticket is for individuals & businesses who believe in our mission and want to contribute to the success of the Beyond Black Pop-Up Shop. While the event is free for guests, your donation helps cover event expenses and directly supports BTB’s ongoing programs serving domestic violence survivors, youth, families, and grieving families in our community. Electrical/water access must be arranged in advance. Alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, and explosives are prohibited.
